Interior Monologue

In this assignment we were asked to write an interior monologue piece drawing inspiration from James Joyce’s Ulysses. The entire piece was to be only inside the character's head. In my short story, I drew inspiration from my time working in corporate America. This piece is particularly about an overworked businesswoman working in a predominantly male environment.
